Canada’s Political Everyman

Every time you’ve heard or seen a political show, hasn’t it always been the insiders talking to other insiders? It’s long past time for a change … and in Citizen at Large, Bruce Stewart engages with other concerned citizens, amateur political followers, and members of the social media community on issues that resonate with the citizen in all of us. Resolutely non-partisan, and interested in getting to where we want our cities, our provinces and our country to be, this weekly conversation is “must hear radio” that’s unlike any other political program out there.

Asked once whom he voted for, Bruce Stewart acknowledged that he has supported the left and the right, the independents and those in the parties, and every combination in between. He is a long-time veteran of the business world who is also a teacher, a researcher, a philosopher and an historian. Formerly co-host of CISL 650 Vancouver’s BizTalk Radio and Voice America Business’ ZenBiz Radio (both times working with Allan Holender), Bruce is well-read, well-connected, and determined to put politics where it belongs: with the citizens, not the insiders. He is the epitome of a concerned citizen.
