The Wireless Theatre Company is an award winning audio theatre company, recording two original productions a month for download from the company website to listeners’ iPods and MP3 players. The website generates over three million visits per year and thousands of downloads a month. We are Preferred Supplier’s to BBC Radio 4 and have won several awards, including Best Entertainment Producer and Best Online Platform at the Radio Production Awards 2011.

We work with highly respected actors and writers such as Prunella Scales, Timothy West, Ray Galton, Richard O’Brien, Nicholas Parsons, Julian Glover Josephine Tewson, Rula Lenska, Mary Tamm, Abi Titmuss, Lionel Blair and Hazel Douglas as well as hundreds of bright new ones, and have received active support from industry pioneers such as Jude Law, Zoe Wannamaker, Alison Steadman, Michael Kitchen and Richard Wilson.

We are passionate about keeping radio drama alive and bringing it to the “Facebook Generation” by producing high quality, original relevant and exciting radio drama. In 2010 we also launched Wireless Theatre KIDS producing radio drama especially for children.
